We operate as an industry-standard training facility providing innovative curriculum pathways and options for students in the Western Sydney area. The Vocational Innovation Centre delivers VET qualification courses through a combination of school-implemented courses and partnerships with TAFE NSW, industry associations, and private training providers, offering qualifications beyond the traditional classroom options.

This initiative grants access to specalised vocational education and training facilities, enabling students to engage in learning that fosters vocational skills and opens pathways to apprenticeships, traineeships, trade qualifications, and higher education.

Our purpose-built facilities accommodate learning in:
-
Community and Health Services
-
Construction (Electrotechnology and Plumbing)
-
Transport, Logistics & Warehousing
Additionally, students can integrate relevant complementary vocational courses into their studies, covering areas such as business, financial and retail services, and information, digital media, and technology. A comprehensive list of current course offerings is provided below.

School Delivered VET
VET or Vocational Education and Training courses are designed to prepare students for the workforce, with practical, hands-on training that puts theory into action.

VET courses allow students to gain their HSC and a national qualification or statement of attainment as part of the Australian Qualification Framework (AQF) while still at school. These qualifications are widely recognised by industry, employers, tertiary training providers and universities and will assist students to progress to various education and training sectors and employment.

Our programs are delivered in state-of-the-art facilities by experienced trainers who are committed to the success of each student. We strive to provide our students with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their chosen career.
Many VET courses have a mandatory or optional work placement requirement set by NESA. We recommend that all student experience work placement in preparation for employment as it can lead to many opportunities.
Work placement can assist students to:
-
Gain insights into the kind of career they would like to have.
-
Make informed decisions about further training and study.
-
Become more employable.
-
Be better equipped for business and employment opportunities.
